Joshua Roth tools are warranted to be of the highest quality materials and workmanship for a period of three years after purchase.

If you are dissatisfied with the performance of your JRL Bonsai tool for any reason, return it to JOSHUA ROTH LIMITED, along with a copy of your original sales slip, for a free replacement or refund, as you prefer.
Before returning any product, please contact JOSHUA ROTH LIMITED,  to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We cannot be responsible for items returned without our authorization.

Shipping of Bonsai Trees

In order for your Bonsai to arrive safely.

All Bonsai trees are shipped Mondays Tuesdays and Wednesdays to ensure you receive your bonsai with out a day or two of layover.  Any exceptions will have to be made in advance.  All supplies are shipped everyday except  Saturday, and  Sundays unless arrangements have been made.

Saturday Delivery

We cannot offer everyone Saturday Delivery due to UPS not delivering to all areas on Saturday.  Therefore, we are not offering it at this time.  USPS will deliver on Saturdays, if the delivery day happens to be that day...

International Shipping

Were sorry but due to Customs and regulations we do not ship Bonsai Trees internationally, Hawaii,  or out of the continental United States.  We do however ship most supplies internationally.  If the Shipping Charges come up as $0.00 (zero) then the actual charges will be figured and you will be sent a invoice to pay from online (paypal).  These Charges must be paid before the items are shipped.  (No free shipping out of the US)  All duty fees and extra charges from your countries are the responsibility of the purchaser.  If shipping UPS there will also be a UPS Brokerage fee added by UPS (cod) for the receiver.  We do not know what every country will charge so we cannot calculate this charge for you.
Some countries will take extra time in customs, please allow for this. 
All you have to do is place the order and the shipping will be calculated.  You may be notified of any additional shipping charges and your approval will be needed before we can ship.
Checks are accepted from the USA only, for USA dollar.  All Checks will be cleared by your bank before products are shipped.

Sorry, Soils and/or Bonsai or live plants can not be shipped out of the continental U.S.A. 
 

Shipping of all Bonsai Supplies.  (Pots, Tools, Etc.)

All Bonsai supplies, excluding all soils, will be shipped Internationally according to your choices on the order form. In some cases we will wait 10 days before shipping for security reasons.

Again,
No Bonsai or Soils, will be shipped out of the continental United States due to the long customs wait and Agriculture restrictions.  
Supplies (most) can be shipped anywhere they can be delivered.  All taxes, importing  and duty fees are paid by the customer at the time of delivery. We have no idea what those charges will be for each country.  These charges cannot be refunded by Buybonsai.com, they are in possession of your government.
